1.) If purchased through our website, please contact us directly via the "Contact" link in the menu. Unused, Unopened, and Blemish-free yo-yo's may be exchanged within 7 days. Shipping the product back to us is the responsibility of the buyer, however we will cover the cost of shipping the yo-yo back to you. DO NOT SHIP anything back to us until we have discussed via e-mail.
2.) Apparel: all sales are final.
3.) B-Grade products: all sales are final.
